Title: Now That's A Jam!
Post by: Curtis Metcalf on October 11, 2009, 03:39:10 pm
Here are featured videos from the main website. Let us know what you think or make suggestions for the website!

First up:
Sesame Street: Patti Labelle Sings the Alphabet (http://www.hudlinentertainment.com/pages/media_items/sesame-street-patti-labelle-sings-the-alphabet41.php?g=16)
Here Patti proves she can outsing damn near anybody in any context.  Waiting for her Yellow Pages album.

Next up:
Nyle "Let The Beat Build" (http://www.hudlinentertainment.com/pages/media_items/nyle-let-the-beat-build42.php?g=16)
I keep playing this - I love the directing as much as the track.  Remember when music videos had ambition?

This video was filmed in one shot, with audio being recorded simultaneously with the video. The video features Nyle and is produced by Last Pictures and 194 Recordings.

Here is Nyle's website. (http://nyleraps.com/)

You can almost do a whole series on celebrities that appeared on Sesame Street like one of my favorites, MC LYTE and Richard Pryor. ;D

I like that Marcus & Reign Freestyling video! :D

Why does every pretty, young female vocalist sound like Beyonce?

I love that MOTHER OF ALL FUNK CHORDS clip.  It's pretty much genius in my book.
