We need a respect thread for Armless Tiger Man.

I'm not joking either.

That's the work of genius right there.

Insane
genius, but genius nonetheless.

I'd wonder where folks come up with ideas like that but I'm reminded that Coke was legal back then.

Actually, I don't think it was Coke. I think it came from that solider who was wounded in the war.

Am I the only person who has copped this yet?

-   Fury asks both Gabe and Cap to sell out the Wakandans. Only Cap outright refuses.
-   I really like Regís Warrior Woman. She is sort of an insane Cabaret performer on steroids.
-   Capís not doing to well against the super Nazis. Maybe Azzri will do better.
-   Itís The Howlers vs. The Red Skull!
-   TíChaka and Syanís squabbling gets them into real trouble.
-   Can anybody stop the depredations of Armless Tiger Man?

Another good, fast paced issue. The artwork was great and I love how the story continues to build. Looking forward to the conclusion, but I wouldn't mind seeing this Black Panther again. Maybe a sequel against the USSR or the apartheid South African government or the Marvel Universe equivalent.

No one can stop the one armed tiger man!
Well maybe there's one.

By the Bashenga's Spear of Sweet Christmas, this book is exciting! So much stuff happened yet the pacing throughout worked. On writing, Reggie is hitting this out of the park. His depiction of Azzari and Captain are just garnd to read, especially seeing their growing friendship. The villains are also insane and great challenges, making this a heavily and exhilarating action pack book from start to finish. Sexy afro Doras vs Warrior Woman, Captain vs White Gorilla, and that bad-ass scene of Azzari flying his plane into Mighty Man! Seriously?!  ;D

Denys Cowan's art is looking great! I love Denys art as the next man, but I wasn't feeling it too much at the beginning of the series. But last issue got better and this time it really got good! That dynamic page of Captain America vs Gorilla with that beautiful finish! And next issue... Armless Tiger Man vs T'Chaka? Sign me up for next month!  ;D

I'm sadden there's only one more issue of this awesomeness, though.  :(

Was anyone else reminded of Zuri by the Wakandan who was translating & wear the head covering? Maybe its his dad or young adult version of himself.. ;D  :D

Great stuff... interesting to see the adolescent squabbling between T'Chaka and S'yan..
interesting to see Gabe's reaction to Wakandans society--
I can respect that Gabe wants to follow orders, but-- realistically-- what's he expected to do?  Grab a bunch of vibranium rocks in the chaos and stuff them into his pockets?  Then what?  Hmm..
..Cool to see that Cap's willing to use a skillet to give the bad guys a whippin'..
.. the WWII era Man-Ape.. heh.. nice to see he was as well regarded back then..  ;)
... I'm looking forward to the conclusion, but now I wish this were six issues..  ;)

I don't know much about Man-Ape, but White Gorilla sounds much cooler than Man-Ape. And the depiction of the character in Flags of our Fathers worked for me. If he's bought back in BP (I thought he was killed off during RH's run), I hope they call him White Gorilla and make him more like his ancestor in Flags.

Finally sat down to read Captain America/Black Panther: Flags of our Fathers #3.

Mr. Cowan, you draw women very sexy.

...and if there ever was a reason to dislike The White Gorilla, this is the issue.  ...and what is up with these nazi villains?!?  Are they undead?
