Title: Vitamins A-Z What are taking?

Okay HEF family it's been shown that few of us are getting everything we need from our diets. With our own personal family histories there is a need for extra.

Some people take up to 80 supplements a day to live longer, healthier and to prevent as many of those nasty little disease that none of care to contract.

Vit. Bs for energy
Calcium for strong bones and teeth, but how much is too much?
Fish Oil there are some you need to take 3xs a day.

I'm moving in on 80 and I haven't hit some of the big ones.

So HEFFAs what are you taking?

I'm a little short on my Vitamin D so (when I remember) I take a concentrated drop.

A few years back, I had a daily regimen of several herbs and vitamins. 
I took Juice Plus for a while.  Then I got behind and just stopped.
I don't take any vitamin supplements now, because I think it's a pretty expensive scam.
I do my best to get nutrients from good fresh food and I'm hitting the gym regularly for either yoga, swimming or boot camp.
If I've got a specific need for additional energy, I'll pop a couple of B12 and ginseng......just for the "lift".
In the winter, I'll do chewable vitamin C.

Seven Seas Multivitamins does the trick for me.

Always take "D" with Calcium for better absorption. Plus it's one the the fat stored vits (A,D. E & K) so watch amounts.
