with all the great action scenes reveals and introductions of Spidey and Black Panther I was just amazed at how much the last fight scene between Cap and Iron Man delivered. This has been brewing since Captain America told Stark to put on the suit in the first Avengers movie and although it was ultimately 2 on 1, Cap and Winter Soldier vs Iron Man, we finally got it. It was like Iron Man was the unstoppable Terminator that Cap and Bucky were trying to stop. You kind of get scared of Iron Man and what he may do because of what sparked the fight.

Downsides, wish a more recognizable actor could of played T;chaka. I know Snipes may be reprising his role of Blade in the cinematic universe so it wouldn't make sense for him to play him but I think a more recognized actor would have had a more emotional impact.

And as great as it is to see so much that Priest introduced into the BP mythos on screen from one of the "Adored Ones" to Everett Ross wouldn't it have made more sense for Henry Gyrich to replace Everett Ross? To my recollection Gyrich hasn't even appeared in any Marvel cinematic movies which is pretty strange especially when he has been in an X Men movie

At one time I woulda agreed about a more recognize actor for T'Challa. but after seeing Black Panther I think he plays him well.

I do wish Wesley Snipes would have played T'Chaka ,playing older in Civil War and  younger and older/ spirit in Black Panther. However the two actors playing T'Chaka were great .

I'm sooooo excited by tbe latest Milestone I started to wet myself on purpose. Can't wait.

Besides being a pretty good entertaining movie I think Blade has the distinction of people not knowing it was a movie based on a Marvel comic book character. I lot of people and probably most went to see Wesley Snipes in action. My sons wife just found out this past February that Blade was a Marvel character.  I think she was like 5 or 6 when it cam out.

I agree. Id like to see an animated Milestone series where each episode tells the origin of that character . For example
Episode 1. Hardware
Episode 2. Blood Synficate
Episode 3. Icon
Episode 4. Static
Episode 5. Xombi
Episode 6.Shadow Cabinet
Episode 7.Shadow War storyline
Episode  8.Kobalt
Episode  9. Hardware
Episode 10.Blood Syndicate
Episode 11.Icon
Episode 12. Static
Episode 13. ?

I'm  a bit dissappointed that I havent seen any Milestone in print yet.  I enjoyed Milestone in their own Dakota Universe. Hope they can deliver soon. Im more excited about new Hardware,Icon, Xombi or some new characters  instead of more Static.

Gotta go with super strength. That's assuming I'm bullet proof like most characters who are strong.

Gotta go with Superman. Especially after reviewing JLU and Man of Steel Superman full potential appears to be unlimited.

Hard choice, I'll. go with Shapshifting as long as there are no restrictions or side effects.

Yep,gotta agree  Lady In My Life is Michael's best ballad ever. All the ballads that followed on Bad, Dangerous, History, Invincible weren't up yo par imo.

I was wondering what's up with news myself. Imo that's not good news. Hopefully they'll get it all worked out whatever IT is.

I was wondering if they didn't come out at 2015 comic con that would probably been better. I wouldn't be awaiting antisipating so much.

One thing I would note is that Captain Cold on The Flash is played as a white character, despite Wentworth Miller's biracial heritage. On the show his father and sister are white. I don't think they showed his mother, but still I would argue until disproven otherwise that Miller's Cold is a white character, and Miller is so fair-skinned that a vast majority of people, myself included, would not know he was biracial unless they were told.

As I said before, I'm not the biggest fan of the color change, though all the actors you mentioned I think do fine jobs. And I do see a lot of validity in the pro-change argument that many comic book characters are white by default because of the time periods in which they were created. Still I am concerned about the black body in a white space and I think that's where these shows too often go. Yes the actor is black, but the character is still white. To some extent The Flash starts to get around this, a little with the music. But also with Barry being part of a black family. Generally its one black character, like Jimmy Olsen or Diggle, in a sea of whiteness, but Flash is different.

I'd like to add this race swap thing has been going on for awhile. Maybe not as often but I don't recall Billy Dee Williams cast as Dent being that big of a deal but I could be wrong. Others are Eartha Kitt as Catwoman, Cesar Romero as Joker. I think he was Latin. Will Smith as James West, D.B. Sweeny as Terry Fitzgerald in Spawn. Colin MacFarlaneas as  Commissioner Loeb etc.
