The "Tea Party Movement" is not a political party with a political platform, and you know that.  ::) The reference in the name refers to the Boston Tea Party.

The Tea Party Movement is an aggregation of individuals, not entirely uniform in their views but who, by in large, support small government, fiscal responsibility and individual liberty. These individuals are moving the debate in the right direction. Touching on critical questions like, "What is the proper role of government?"  Foundational questions that merit real focus, a focus that is long overdue.

A lot of the people involved in the movement do have a strong libertarian bent. Therefore, if you wish to review policy proposals that have been made over the past several years, a good place to start would be the writings and studies done by the Cato Institute. http://www.cato.org/

The funny part about the tea party movement, they are mostly white, republican, and older.

What is funnier is that they are the ones responsible for running up the debt  (cutting taxes while fighting two wars), making the government even bigger (department on Homeland security) and reducing individual liberty (anti abortion, papers please, patriot act)

man Ihop was empty sunday morning.  everybody went to new birth.  8).

He got up and spoke under the comfort of his pulpit,  and just like any other sunday, spoke about himself, how great he is.  only difference this time he added how much a victim he feels he is.

Cat dropped the mic like he just ate the KRS-One in a battle.

Never really denied the charges though.

Wow, now we  have 4.   The cat was kind of moist looking to begin with.  What is ironic about this is the same preacher who made a big ballyhoo about gay marriage even holding a march to show how much he was against it.

as stated in a earlier thread,  some of us on this board are intellectually dishonset when taking positions, and are very Fox (Faux) news like when we argue.   Hence there is no reason to argue with ANYBODY on the internet.  In fact,  Politics in America are becoming a lot like internet message boards.
