Wait, did anyone remember to invite X-Pac!?

Lol, just playing.

I also imagine they'll have to give him some sort of a codename.  Maybe something like Soul Stalker?  I don't love that name but Kasper would be a giveaway and Ghost is already taken.

Or, as always, my go to name is Bagh or Bagheera, which I still can't believe isn't taken.

The new costume is sick. Hopefully the can figure out a way to bring back the REAL crew.

Put Misty in that line up and let Luke do his Defenders thing.

Misty, Kasper, Josiah, Sam, and Junta would be a dope line up.  If Rhodey ever comes back add him in, maybe Yo-Yo as well since I think speedsters are cool.

Thunderball needs to leave the Wrecking Crew.  He could be a legit villain on his own.

I keep laughing about the Ezra Miller thing.

Apparently, the Flash's name rings out.

Cool thread! Mr. Hudlin, I'm interested in your thoughts on a follow up to Flags of Our Fathers.  Were there ever any ideas or prelim work done on that front?

I'd love to see Azzari team up with Invaders or perhaps have a run in with Orson Randall.

Black Panther / Re: Is The Crew The Right Book For Black Panther?

I'd have preferred they use Kasper Cole in this book.  They could have used Tchalla as a way to introduce him to the rest of the team.  But theirs a good chance they all have at least seen him at Rhoo-deeeee's funeral.

I've been watching that thread on occasion and wondering "why" so many ppl stuck it out over there. Or for that matter, why I did for as long as I did. Ever since the site purge/re-vamp, their mods have been almost Gestapo-esque, when it comes to protecting the X-fandom from criticism and cracking down on non-X fans for minor offenses.

A big reason (for me) is that I really only went to two threads, BP and the Minority/Diversity thread, for years and didn't really want to jump ship unless most of the same group was going to stay intact.  Once a new spot was decided on it only made sense to hop over as well.  The fact that it's on HEF is truly a bonus, but an obvious move in retrospect.

Milestone Media / Re: Would love to see a Milestone/Marvel Event

I'd read an entire maxi-series about the Blood Syndicate just clowning on the X-Men to their faces.  For years I've told people BS is what the X-Men should have strived to be.

Aside from the weird "Blue" stuff this was a pretty solid start to Misty's new team book.

RLAAM is either handicaped or willfully trollish ignorant

He only talks about tchalla in question form that is undercover shade

Less aggressive Random4

I just can't deal with the blatant idiocy.  Especially since his entire thesis seems to be "Coates has three books!  He's a huge success!" when one book crashed and burned, and the other barely started.

That jokers a straight up hater starting click bait threads all over the Marvel forum.

I honestly think that poster might be on the spectrum if you know what I'm saying.  ;)

There is a difference between a true debate between fans and debating a troll/unfan.

I find most people at least tolerable even if thwy are on the opposite side of an arguement

Hell, even people tgat love coates run is cool with me if there reasonings make sense.

Unfortunately,  a lot of haters hang around the character for whatever reason

It seems most x-fans on cbr are trolls. I rolled my eyes every time an IvX thread was made. I didn't really understand the point in mods making an inhuman/mutant relations thread if they weren't going to merge the new with the old one every time they popped up. I also don't understand posters like random4 constantly poking there heads in threads for characters they clearly don't like.

It's fine if people like the run, it's fine to debate,
however, most people who like Coates take, cannot provide any good counter arguments and everything most say is simply mental gymnastics, the likes would make T'Challa blush. RLAAMJR simply has no clue what they're talking about. Really just trolling with ridiculous assumptions

I actually got a little pissed when you brought up all those good arguments to that one poster complaining about the "Coates hate" in the thread, his only response to your points being "I don't see any of that." I can't remember his name but he also claimed you guys treat xpac like a village idiot. The only poster who actually provided a decent albeit weak rebuttal was dreyga but he showed himself to be in the "y'all just want a mary-sue t'challa" camp.

I will say(as someone who mostly lurks on cbr) I've never thought anybody in the bp thread was unwelcoming. xpac makes himself look like the village idiot.

Honestly there is almost no point in bothering with that thread anymore, Im getting to the point that im sticking around to try and get the people who signed up here to be added in then i will likely just bounce out of the CBR. Xpac, Dregya and the like (Save like Mike Murdock, he actually provides more informed debates) act like Coates has done nothing wrong, then when provided a ton of reasoning for why, like you said "I dont see it" ... Xpac excuses everything. Anything and everything has an excuse. Im surprised when people have brought up T'challa Thanking Doom he hasn't something like "Well He DID Help T'challa have to create a new form of science to defeat him so that should mean something". the amount of Mental gymnastics and excuses he makes can be comical sometimes because he will start to contradict himself. The HEF is the Only safe zone

X-Pac had me on block for the longest time prior to the reset, because I used to call him an unfan non stop for pulling that garbage.

Based on the preview it seems like Kasper's life basically got tossed in the amber along with Shuri, other than having a son and getting kicked out of his own home.

How many years should have passed at least 3 or so, right?  He's still hasn't gotten his gold star yet?
