Mayweather PREDICTED Arum robbing Pacquiao
« on: June 10, 2012, 04:12:55 PM »
Worldstarhiphop has an interview with Mayweather where he states Arum's(Pacquiao"s promoter) tactic is to saddle fighters with a loss if they try to leave his ranks. The fighter in question at that time was Miguel Cotto who is attached to Arum.

Pacquiao has one fight left on his contract with Arum and LO AND BEHOLD; it is a rematch steeped in controversy that should ensure a big payday.

Pacman is a Christian now and I hope divine discernment has him put aside his pride and fighting spirit and walk away from Arum with the loss.

I scarcely follow boxing so I'm not hip to any of the insider-ness of all this.. How many titles does Pacquiao hold?  Mayweather?  These are middleweights, right?  Who are the big names in the heavyweight world?

Is Don King still in the business?

Pacquiao had won several titles in different weight-classes but he consistently defended the middleweight WBO title. Mayweather just won Cotto's belt a few weeks ago.

The Klitshcko's are at the top of the heap in the heavyweight division.

King is still in the business but he has been marginalized to a great degree. Boxers have gotten smart and have taken the reins of promotion and management in their own careers. Golden Boy set the template.

Your hometown hero Tommy "Hitman" Hearns was just inducted into the hall of fame on Saturday!

I saw the fight and I haven't seen a fighter get screwed that blatantly since Dela Hoya lost to Trinidad.

No I didn't see the Pac-Marquez fight. But generally speaking a Challenger has to knock a defending Champion down or out to win a title.

All Bradley did was remain consious.

I hate to say it but, Mayweather's theory makes more sense than two out the three refs suddenly going blind or insane.

That there will be no investigation of the decision speaks volumes.

This is why boxing is seen by pretty much everybody as MORE corrupt than MMA, Dana White's antics aside.
