FRANK GORSHIN as the RIDDLER
JULIE NEWMAR as CATWOMAN

All of those actors did amazing jobs as Bat-villians.

BUT...there's been other amazing Jokers.  Other great Catwomans.

But only ONE great Riddler.

Gorshin's Riddler, arguably, is the most enduring interpretation of that villain, including the comics..

..I'm still waiting for the DVD sets of the show..  include episode commentary and interviews with the surviving cast members, and archival interviews from the deceased..

Hmmm, you favor the TV show only characters.  Catwoman is the only character who originated in the comics.

Julie Newmar was wonderful as Catwoman, Burgess Meridth's Penguin is really underrated but Frank Gorshin's Riddler was on a whole other level.

The camp humor was there, but Gorshin never let you forget that  the Riddler was seriously #$%&ed in the head. The laugh was meanicing but what dude was laughing at made it much worse.

There is a Youtube clip of the Riddler in some old torture chamber and he besides himself with glee playing with the devices. That is not a dude you want anywhere near you.

It's also important to mention that Gorshin  is probably the only human being (other than Prince, I guess) who could have pulled off that bright green suit with question marks.

Cat women Julie Newmar hands down. She F&%'d Batman's /Bruce Wayne's head up. She was a villain and temptress too! Loved it! ;)
P.S. I think she got her hands on poor Robin too! ;D
