With these choices, I felt that the American black man only needed to choose which one to get eaten by; the liberal fox or the conservative wolf because both of them will eat him.

Two of the most talented actors (Lawrence Fishburne & Jeremy Irons) in recent years is cast in this movie...

--- and I still wouldn't see it!  ;D

Quick thoughts:

-Groan inducing Lex. Not a fan, except for his definition of psychotic. But he's no Gene Hackman, Michael Rosenbaum (Smallville-best live-action Lex), or even Kevin Spacey.

-Ben Affleck, not working as Bruce Wayne, and Batman might be a little too dark.

-Surprise villain-great addition, not a great rendition.

-Best part was the end.

Yeah, that ending made me want to see this.  I mean, I would have always seen it, but now I really want to see it.

Ben Affleck as Batman doesn't bother me. I don't know about his Bruce Wayne. I might buy it if that is after he already figured out who Clark Kent was.

Henry Cavill has it nailed.

Wonder Woman, I have absolutely nothing to go on except for her two non-speaking seconds.

Lex Luthor as the flamboyant eccentric socially-awkward nerd, I'm not buying at ALL. Yes, I liked that line about being psychotic, but... Dude comes across too much as Carrot-Top. Only perfect Lex Luthor IMO has been Clancy Brown and that was animated.

That Sup/Bat exchange when they see WW for the first time made me groan.

That said... I'm still excited to see this.

When Affleck first was announced I didn't gnash my teeth like many fans did. I would've gone with someone like Josh Brolin, but I get that Affleck is a bigger name. That being said I haven't been that impressed with the few glimpses I've seen of him thus far. He seems off to me, like he doesn't have emotion. He's trying to imitate anger or seething rage but it's just not there.

With Cavill I thought his take on Clark was alright in Man of Steel. I think he can do the earnest, forthright stuff. He can also be stern if need be. But I wasn't super impressed with his scenes with Bruce in this trailer. Cavill may be a bit blank.

Wonder Woman killed it, but I have yet to see how Gal Gadot's acting is going to be.
