i guess we'll see how this goes, in the short and long run. If I was on the writing/editing team, I would have voted no. But seeing as how this is the current reality, I'd like to see some things addressed: I'm sure some of them have already, but I'm just compiling a list right now--
Reactions from key supporting cast:
Jonah- i'm sure he'll try to sue for a billion dollars-- but this is a great opportunity to highlight jonah's hypocrisy over the years.. and IMO, the lawsuit doesn't have much ground to stand on-- it's not like The Bugle had a standing policy that says ‘super heroes cannot sell photos of themselves’, and I’m sure the freelance contracts—if there were any—didn’t say anything about full disclosure about alternate identities.. Pete should get Matt Murdock on his team.. oh, wait-- he's in jail..

Robbie- I think he really knew, but told Jonah otherwise just to avoid the argument..
Flash- currently, he has the Jerk/bully personality again, but now I guess he’s going to try to get all buddy-buddy with Peter now—which, of course, they used to be pals, but Flash had evolved out of his jerk-mode.. now—it just rings false.. I hope that Peter tells him where to get off..
Liz Allen/Osborn- now she knows about the truth about the Goblin conflicts; not sure how she’ll react to Harry eventually dying in relation to it, though..
Debra Whitman—oooh—she’d be a great forgotten cast member to bring back—after all that mental stress she went through thinking Pete was Spider-Man.. heh-heh..
Randy Robertson—I can see Randy selling T-shirts of he & Pete together and trying out for reality shows: “I was spider-Man’s roommate!”
I really hope Spidey gets to keep the new outfit, but I suspect it may not 'last'..
