Bendis is about to hit that "middle issue" meandering state.

The set up is all here, multiple moving parts, great great great art

he just has to... do something now lol

#4 was a bit talky, but the interaction between Diamondback and Punished was good.

Great book, the art is off the chain! Pacing is good, the tension is building intriguingly.  Hope Black Cat is not out of lives yet, damn!

Defenders and Nick Fury are my favorite Marvel books right now.

Peace,

Mont

The only place that could be described as a headquarters so far is the building the Night Nurse uses. lol

In your humble opinions, Is defenders worth picking up and reading? I am just looking around for anything and Thanos is the only comic i look forward to.

Went ahead and took a look at defenders... LOL Man Bendis has stuff popping QUICK, thats how you get people interested in your series. Bp C by Coates looks like bottom basement fecal matter (it was already bad but comparatively....)  quality compared to Defenders.

The art is dope, The action is on point, and Diamond Back was established as the villain AND is a credible threat to them. He feels like a well done villain that is actually challenging the Heroes.. And he s straight Savage. That Convo with Punisher... I Like him.

Coates should of taken some nots to say the least. Maybe he can still do that with the Solo

Wow.. this is fun.. I am having fun reading this series. Everybody is getting Shine, Diamondback is a credible threat and yet stillg ets the showcase the awesome powers and feats of everyone involved in fighting him. Luke's Punch.... Yeah that was Epic.. Bendis is doing GOOD on this title so far..

of course, the only Bendis book I actually enjoy through and through in the last multiple years is ending at #10 because he's leaving

comic gods are cruel

holy sh*t that elektra/Iron fist fights scene... my god the art

(Bendis writes a great Daredevil, all his stupid speech balloons work for him"

Bendis is killing this book bc he seems to be letter the artist do most of the work
