Mayweather vs McGregor

Most calls it a money grab but I believe Conor McGregor's $#!t talking can't save his teeth.  Not gonna go pass 4 rounds probably.

I guess we'll see what happens.
The "dance for me, boy" comment was pretty awful, though I suspect, calculated.   ???

Well maybe not...

Mayweather Murse Produces $100M Check, Ends Tax Crisis

Undefeated boxing icon Floyd Mayweather Jr. is laughing at reports that he’s broke and needs to box Conor McGregor to get out of tax debt.

No, seriously, he was laughing as he boarded his private jet in Los Angeles, Calif., where “Money” appeared to promote his Conor McGregor boxing match, taking place next month inside T-Mobile Arena Las Vegas, Nevada.

Watch the video replay of his world tour press conference here.

As for his 2015 tax bill?

The IRS is complaining that Mayweather needs to pay off his balance ASAP and because he has plenty of money, does not want to issue an installment plan or wait around for the aging pugilist to settle his bill.

“Why use my money investments?” Mayweather asked Fight Hype. “Why liquidate anything when I can just use the new money?”

McGregor is not convinced.

“I still have all my properties,” Mayweather continued. “My money investments still come in, I’m still on private jets, still got my staff, I’m happy, so we’re doing fine.”

And he has a crumpled up $100 million check from 2015 to prove it.

NYPD: Conor McGregor faces 4 charges after Barclays melee because he got caught on video
by Mark La Monica and Ryan Gerbosi

Friday April 6, 2018

Who's In Control?

UFC fighter Conor McGregor faces one count of felony criminal mischief and three counts of assault, a New York Police Department spokesman said early Friday morning, after McGregor created a melee near the loading dock of Barclays Center shortly after UFC 223 media day Thursday.

McGregor will be arraigned in Brooklyn Criminal Court sometime Friday. McGregor had turned himself in to police custody at the 78th precinct late Thursday night.

McGregor’s actions caused three fights to be removed from the card.

Artem Lobov, McGregor’s friend and teammate, was removed from his bout against Alex Caceres because of his role in McGregor’s outburst.

Lobov was shown on video two days ago in a verbal altercation with Khabib Nurmagomedov, who was scheduled to fight in Saturday’s main event against Max Holloway for the lightweight title. It is believed McGregor’s antics Thursday were in response to that, and not news of him being stripped of his lightweight title after Nurmagomedov and Holloway fight. Holloway, however, was deemed medically unfit to fight by the New York State Athletic Commission on Friday morning and was pulled from the main event.
