Runaways on HULU

Is this part of the MCU like the Marvel shows on Netflix? I checked the first 3 eps, pretty good so far, makes me want to check out the comic.

Are they ever going to actually run away? Honestly, Iíve found the show pretty boring over the first four episodes.

I think so far Runaways is related to the people their parent take.

Show is less comic and more Beverly Hills 90210

yall catch Stan Lee's cameo in the last episode? I knew he had one in the The Gifted as well but can't remember if he did in any of the Marvel Netflix series

I finished the first season yesterday. I liked it quite a bit. It started off slow, but I thought they mixed the teen drama and family drama well. My biggest knocks were they didn't really tie it to the overall MCU. The Stan Lee cameo was great though. I wish they had thrown some mentions into some of the major things that have happened in the MCU so the idea of people with super powers wouldn't be shocking to people. I also felt they dragged out the mystery of who Jonah was and what the Pride was set up to do. I was expecting it would be revealed by the end of the season but they kept it going. I'm glad they got renewed because I would feel less good about the season if I knew there wasn't a chance to answer those questions.
