I'm with the folk who hold her responsible for Dr. Oz, Dr. Phil and them.

While she is an admirable woman in many ways, but I don't want an anti science cheerleader running anything that matters.

Not that I expect her to want to run either.

All this is (mostly) her fanbase feeling themselves.

I'm more comfortable with Ms. Winfrey with continuing her business/media ownership role, producing TV and movies, running her network.  I think there's value to that in the long term.  For all of the flak that Trump has received (and ignored) regarding his business interests, you know that Ms. Winfrey would be bashed relentlessly on this front if she were to run/get nominated/win.  (headline on Fox: "fairness doctrine means nothing to candidate who has her own network")... Then of course you have the potential pushback to the "Queen of Nice" being expected to make "tough decisions" on serious policy issues of various kinds.  Within African-American social circles, you'd have "Obama pt. 2" syndrome risks, of some folks expecting her to be a help-black-folks-first candidate, but she in all likelihood would not be.

Obviously she's a reliable fundraiser for Democratic candidates.  I don't see her stopping that role.  If she can make deliberate efforts to prop up capable black/minority candidates for various local offices, that would be good. (Citizens United needs to be reversed, but in the meanwhile, progressive folks need as much bank as they can get.)
Be Kind to Someone Today.
