it's a place where old white guys get together and collude to set world prices on commodities and steal african and south american resources. imagine trading a bar of platinum for 600.00 paper dolllars. platinum is rare and produced only in africa and well trees they grow everywhere. the biggest scam on the planet currently being rectified. ;D
