People are always going to have gripes regardless of what movie it is, in the case of Avatar I think many of the complaints are justified. Hopefully the next one one be a rehash of a story we've all seen countless times before.

Wow, given the number of Indian actresses we've given shine to in the "I love your smile section" you could have started this thread without the spammy appoach.

today's a good day to watch Jame's Cameron's Avatar if you know what I mean. Just wish the real natives were as successful as the Nav'i

I finally saw AVATAR a few weekends ago!  I think concept of this movie is more like 'The Matrix meets Pocahontas' ...and I'll to say, I was really surprised at the scale of the Na'vi compared the humans in some shots!  Overall, it was pretty entertaining.

...now that I think about it, AVATAR is more like Warcraft 3!  :-)

On the DVD, the Collector's Extended Cut version of Avatar really fills in a lot o' backstory the original theatrical release would not.

You can't tell me that this pre-rendered image of the Gunship in Avatar doesn't look  badass!

...or this concept illustration of the Banshee vs. the flying creature...
I don't catch the name of the flying creatures the Na'vi mounted.  Does anyone here know?

and, yes, we're waiting for the possibility of a RTS Avatar online PC game!
