I'm social distancing on my bike. There's a beautiful trail that runs alongside a river about a mile away. I'm looking to get up to 50 miles a week.

I'm also staying up on my body weight exercises (pushups, crunches, planks, and lunges) and stretching. These are mostly done in quick breaks from working. I'm thinking of getting a resistance band set to supplement that workout.
