I was gonna start this thread on Sat, too but I don't know what stopped me.

I wonder why Doug Williams, a Super Bowl winner, is not in there.  Numbers possibly?

The way I see it, black quaterbacks were rare back then compared to today. If we wanna see more black quarterbacks in the NFL Hall of Fame, we'll have to wait until McNabb( ), McNair, Culpepper and Vick retire. Followed by more young black quaterbacks to enter the arena like that hunk from Auburn U.

Definately numbers.  He was a Super Bowl MVP and that was far and away the high point of his career.  Other than that, he was a competent but not great quarterback.  I think he's in the college football HOF though.

I would think Randall Cunningham has a much better case.  I think he was good but I don't know about hall worthy.

McNabb and Vick most likely, followed by Culpepper and then McNair.
