Interesting list. Don't quite agree.
Colman Domingo is relatively young and seems still rising to me so I wouldn't put him on this list. Just personal taste, but I can't say I'm the biggest Harold Perrineau fan but he definitely would fit this list. Definitely the others on this list work for me.
Others I would look at: Carl Weathers, Avery Brooks, Clifton Powell, Roger Cross, Lance Reddick, Cress Williams, Michael Jai White, Jesse L. Martin, Terry Crews, Lance Gross, Mike Colter and Aldis Hodge (though Gross, Colter, and Hodge are more like Domingo)...
You even put in Ice Cube, Mike Epps, Larenz Tate, Taye Diggs, Morris Chestnut, because even though they often headline movies or series they still don't get the credit they deserve IMO.
