Tonights episode was terrific! As has become common, Mcgruder handles a pertinent topic, namely Stop Snitching and provides humor and insight for 22 minutes. We can now add Bush and Cheney: The Outlaw Years to the list of spin-offs that should come from this show.

P.S. Did Reggie ever explain his role as Executive Producer of the show?

The best line:

"Thank you, for not snitchin'...you stupid mutha fukka!"

Out of all of those video clips on the Adult Swim site, The Boondocks gets the most hits. About four hundred thousand plus, yo...

I read an online interview with Aaron McGruder that Reggie left the show sometime after he was made President of BET. According to McGruder, he's listed as "Executive Producer" as a contractual obligation.

Oh my...THIS has got to be the funniest episode I've seen so far!

Uncle Ruckas performing the exorcism on Tom:
"READ, *****, READ!!!"
" *****, get yo' black azz outta here!!"

Loved the Ghostface Killah cameo!

The shot of Huey standing next to the tree on the hillside landscape is straight out of the strip!

I wondered about that especially with the current controversy...

I wasn't feeling the catcher freeman episode too hot. It started out ok but I did not see too much difference between it and the black movies he lampoons so much? And for those who look for a message in all of their black entertainment what exactly was the message for this episode? Prob will still download it though.

The minute I saw the Catcher Freeman scene where Rukus was telling his version with Freeman acting like a dog/gorilla swinging from the trees I immediately stop laughing not because it wasn't necessarily funny but I knew that it would have been a hellofa lot more funnier to white folks. Like Spike Lees bamboozled I felt bad about laughing at some of the scenes and I get that is part of the desired effect but this episode kind of turned me off as it appeared like this episode was making a mockery of the show itself if that makes any sence. Now low and behold with the new controversy surrounding the show you have white guys defending this show louder then any black media I can remember. I saw one white poster (he had a link to his website that is how I know) on newsarama who touted how could they with all of the black talent that was harmed by these episodes being pulled. Im like wtf do they really care that much about this show or what exactly are they standing up for? The right for niggas to make nigga jokes about niggas? Strange day in America indeed. :-\

This is why I think Dave Chappelle went to Africa. Once you realize folks are laughing for all the wrong reasons, it puts a damper on things.

Whites who hate everything about Hip-hop culture and whatnot are cheering on McGruder because he attacks it.

I've said before Riley says N***er more than any Rap Video I've ever seen.

Don't get me wrong I love Boondocks, but the fact that the Rap-hating hordes of Newsrama (I'm not overstating this 'Blue, we've both seen the Rap threads over there) just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the show has got me wondering.
