from my understanding the prosecution didn't have much of a case..that's probably why it took so long for this to see the light..

I predict his next LP will be a double-disc gospel effort...

This MF-er is a kiddy fiddler from way back.

Some of his older lyrics can definitely lead one to think so:

"Little Cute Aaliyah's got it..."
- She's Got That Vibe :-\

"but only if your old enough baby,
18 and over,
not 16 and under,
Oh but how I wonder, I wonder
I wonder... Damn..."

-I Like the Crotch on You :o

It's even hard to hear Bump & Grind in the same way:

"My mind's telling me no,
But my body,
my body's telling me yes"

-Bump & Grind ::)

hahahah...he ended it with happy father's day.

LOL ;D

I predict his next LP will be a double-disc gospel effort...

I think you may be right.

If he really was guilty then I Believe I can Lie would have to be the next single. ;D

I basically thought it was a victimless crime, I saw the tapes and the girl didn't look afraid or anything

I don't think that was the point. She was underage.

I'm fully aware of the point rock just as you are fully aware that neither the girl or her family cooperated with authorities I am simply stating that there seems to be an attitude/mindset that some young girls across this country/world seem to have regarding sex that is being overlooked. I do not condone what happened at all I blame them both

But that's the whole point of having an age of consent - it says 'up until this point, you're still a kid; no matter what your attitude to sex, all of us adults agree you're too young to know better.'

"Children, if you are tired, keep going; if you are hungry, keep going; if you want to taste freedom, keep going."

You know... What amazes me is the ability of everyone to view the tape and whatnot. Technically, it's child porn. Why have it there?

Sadly with all of my knowledge of this subject, even going through all of this he won't be able to stop. He will be busted again. The question is how many girls will fall victim. I truly believe that as a father of a girl your number one job is to keep her off of the pole. The parents just put their kid right out there and got paid for it.

There have been news stories within the past ten years which not only show an awareness of sex/sexuality among young girls but they are in some cases soliciting men for money. Japanese school girls having sex with older men for money, suburban girls hanging out in the malls trading sex for money, in Prince Georges County the statistic in a particular geographical location was that 1 in 3 had an STD, kids skipping school to have sex parties in another students home while the parent/parents are at work and the list goes on and on. On anderson Cooper 360 last night two stats were given the first was that in 2005 there were over 400,000 births across the country by girls age 15-19 and 750,000 are expected this year. This is a capitalistic society everybody wants money hell you got to have it in this world so I think one of the problems has to do with these girls need for money at least those who are doing it for the money they have formulated a plan in order to get paid. What I want to know is how do you get those girls to have have more self worth so that they don't make their bodies a commodity?

The creation of summer jobs would be a start. I got a crash course in the subculture that exists in schools today when my son hit the 8th grade
