Make sure you guys cop Method Man and Redman Blackout!2 on tue.  Hott!

Good wordplay, subliminals. No "I got Bling" or "I move that cake" or "I'll blow yo' f---ing head off!"

Recommended tracks...

A-Yo!
Father's Day
Errbody Scream
City Lights

Eminem is Okay.  Still on that "I'll Kill you," girl", "my mom did drugs", and now "my stepfather touched my pee-pee."

After a four year hiatus you'd think he'd have some interesting stories to tell.  Guess not. :(

Go ahead, man.

Now you've made me curious.

Rakim Rakim Rakim and Rakim. Thanks. But we should have categories that are more inclusive, like Top 5-10 Signed Artists All Time,Top 5-10 Ganxta Rappers,Top 5-10 HIP HOP BEEFS,Top 5-10 Lyrical MCs,Top 5-10 Party Rappers (Tear Da Roof Off Da Mutha), Top 5-10 BATTLE MCs (my favorite category) Top 10 Conscious MCs,Top 5-10 Underground MCs ( my 2nd favorite category). MCs could be ranked in more than one category, like Rakim could be in the Lyrical,Conscious and Battle categories. Don't sleep on Papoose or Common either. And throw in Top 5-10 Southern MCs even though most southern rappers are waaaaaakkkkkk. Carry on.

See? Dats what I'm talkin bout.

1. Jigga
2. B.I.G.
3. Nas
4. 'Pac
5. Redman
6. Andre
7. Cube
8. Q-Tip
9. TI
10. Wayne

Notice there aint no Rakim. Matter fact f#@% Rakim! I'm so sick and tired of brovas pullin Rakim out their a$$ like he's the greatest dat ever did it. Shiiiiid, "I Aint No Joke" and "Eric B. For President" go hard, but his other shid is not all it's cracked up to be. Hip-Hop is beats AND rhymes. KRS, Kane, Chuck, L.L. (to a certain extent) and Slick Rick did just as much as him. I admit he changed the game, but Nas did the same as soon as he came wit "Live at the Bar-B-Q". Hell so did 'Kast wit "Player's Ball" and Dre wit "G Thang".

All Lyricists, lyricists who can write, freestyle, and story tell. My opinions are not based upon record sales at all.  Many of these em cee's are obscure but are masters at word play and word juxtaposition.

KRS by a landslide.

"Any rapper can battle for glory, but to kick a dope rhyme to wake up your people's another story.... act like you never saw me, cuz when it comes to hip-hop I'm in a different category." -- KRS-One (Rappers are in Danger)
