I only recently started watching this and I'm kicking myself because the ones I've seen are so damn funny.  The show where Kenneth was being funnier than Tracy in the elevator was hilarious...especially the scene with Tracy and his entourage...

Tracy: Your job is to protect me from embarrassment.
Dotcom: Grizz had to go to the optometrist.
Tracy: Making up words won't save you!

That one had me rolling!

I enjoy the show but I think it is way overrated.

Shows like Curb Your Enthusiasm and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia are miles ahead of 30 Rock, but never get the praise or awards that they deserve.

However, Alec Baldwin is one funny cat.

See, I tend to think IASIP is straight up toilet humor that is way way overrated.. Not as much as Eastbound and Down, though.

CYE is classic, but I would rather he just had stuck it out with Seinfeld, and kept that show relevant after season 1...

Actually, I think 30 rock is picking up the slack that the Office has been leaving behind for the past 4 or 5 eps.

30 Rock always has so many quotables.  Last ep:

"let's see some daughters and mothers!"

"many of the Unitarians"

"the doorman had a beard and she would like not to be raped"

in the beginning they mentioned there was some kind of hook up at a party, and then griz started sayin' how "she got all weird about it" or something like that (I think anyway). If you blink sometimes you miss some hilarious sh*t on that show...

yeah, i got to watch that part again to get how much is really being implied there.  you're right, the pacing on the jokes is lighting.

I wasn't really loving this season...until this last episode.  BAM!  The turnaround in the writing was amazing.  The show suddenly had the tone of seasons one and two back in full effect.  I was laughing my ass off.

Really?!?  I thought the "EGOT" episode was hilarious.  One day, maybe in the near future, people will realize how great the writing on this show really is.

I always love parts of the show.  Just the concept of EGOT was a beast.  But this Xmas ep, it was special to me.

I think last Thursday was the first time I watched all of the NBC comedies and didn't regret not skipping over to Fringe.  I just miss the consistency of old NBC.
