On the other hand today he also appears in Fall of Hulks (Hulk 20) and he is defeated and stolen from Wakanda by Red Ghost.  Red Ghost beats Wakandan security and T effortlessly.  (Shake heads.)

And if you recall back in the BP/X Men crossover a few years back the Red Ghost was the chief villain. I think we've found another good addition to the rogues gallery.

I betcha that nobody'd blink if DOOM was able to thwart such an attempt on him with ease and then drop one of his infamously dismissive disparaging statements of DOOM on RG and everyone else.

Well, for Doom, Dr. Banner took Doom down.  Outsmarted Doom.  Of course right now, Hulk books are leaning to the idea that if Banner was vicious, he could take out Reed, Tony, T'challa and of Wakanda.  He's that smart-dangerous.
