Samuel El when Mo'Nique won:

Love that guy.

But Mo'Nique's defense, she has every right to be as undeserving, untalented and overrated as her white counterparts. Who was the last woman who actually DESERVED her Oscar before Sandra Bullock? I'm still pissed about Angela Bassett and Ellen Burstyn, and don't get me started on Halle Berry.

Good ol Sam Jackson is going to have a LOT of explaining to do for that look at the end. You got the wrong capture, Jenn.

Halle Berry's Oscar glows brighter with each passing barb you throw at her. 8)

Make sure to order your special edition BOOMERANG DVD.

As opposed to her actual career.

My TV went wonky so I couldn't see the Oscars.
Looks like I didn't miss anything since there were no real upsets.

I was rooting for up to win best Pic. Or Avatar which would have been the people's choice.

The longer the Oscars keep jerking guys like Tarantino the less cred they have with film heads anyway. 10 noms or not.

On tomorrow radio show, i'm gonna take time out to do a High's Low's & Oh (hell) No's! for the Oscars.

HIGH's: Mo'nique winning and the brother who won for screenplay.  Was that a surprise win? it surprised me AND him!

LOW's: Who tha hell was that woman who got on stage when the brother was accepting his award for the independent film (dancing/music with prudence)?  I didnt like that dawg! wtf was she talkin' about?

Oh No's: Sam Jackson. LOL.  fine time for the camera to be all up in his face.  But when my wife and I get invited to the Academy Awards, we already know they camera will be all up in our faces cuz we'll be too busy laffin' and crackin' jokes on folks.

what say u?

Actually I did. It was quite entertaining.

I watched it thanks to Jack Sparrow & Crew.. Sorry, man. :-[

PS. But in my defense I'll say it wasn't me who purchased the vid.

Stop hatin'.  ;D

Serious question, though.  What roles should Angela Basset have won an Oscar for?
