For yourself, or dealing with others, however you take the question.

I have no personally experience with "highness" but drunk mugs get on my nerves, high not so much.

The few times I ever tried marijuana I just came to the conclusion it wasn't for me. It is illegal and the high obtained isn't worth breaking the law. I have no idea why it is illegal. Ecstasy never tried. My uncle said he felt like he could f%&@# for three days straight after taking it and that scared the sh*#@t out of me from ever taking it.

It depends.
A marijuana high seems a LOT less trouble-some than any kind of drunkeness.
But a coke high, crack high, ecstasy high or hallucinogenic drug high can be a traumatic affair for the doer and anyone that comes in contact with the doer.

Habitual drunks are intolerable, but weed-heads don't bother me much.  They seem smarter when they're high.

There are very few things more obnoxious than an obnoxious drunk. There are very few things more dangerous than a mean drunk. Compared to that Weedheads are a relative pleasure to be around.

However Iím always hearing about hyper aggressive coke users but have never met one to my knowledge. Folks around here act out for reasons of general principal so I couldnít tell you if I were dealing with a coked up asshole or a jerk off Manhattanite on any given day.

Personally, I figure that my behavior is bizarre enough without me needing to take psycho-actives, thank you very much.  ;)

i don't drink and i don't smoke but, if I'm dealing with people who do, I'l take HIGH. They sit and don't do much. Like plants. Drunk people are an effing chore.

Having worked a lot in my Dad's bar, I'd definitely take high people over drunk. From my limited experience, being high is better than being really drunk, but only only as an occaissional thing. I can't imagine being in a state like that on the regular is doing anyone any favours.

WEED! Alcohol makes me too reckless, I turn into Billy Badass and say all the stuff better left unsaid.
