I haven't lost any weight (or needed to) but my body composition has changed from 25% body fat to 17% over the past six months.

Simple boring stuff - diet and exercise. A salad a day, less sugar, less dairy, less bread. Running with the dog instead of walking her. Daily push-ups, squats, abdominals, stretching. Not necessarily a full workout but a few minutes here and there on work breaks. Stuff like that. The key for me is consistency. It works for me and I feel good; more energetic.
