So was Ensign Kim in the series finale of Voyager, does that count for anything?

There was also Captain Geordi LaForge in the Voyager episode "Timeless". I think they are going to promote Geordi to captain in an upcoming novel, or so I hope they do. When I was thinking about the list earlier, I forgot that they had promoted Riker in Nemesis, even though that wouldn't necessarily change my list. Then again, I might put him over Archer. He did a hell of a job against the Borg in "Best of Both Worlds."
