Shows you stop to watch?

Last nite I was flipping through the channels and a show popped up that made me stop and watch, especially when I'm in the last half of the show.  It was "Remember the Titans.". And it got me thinking that there are several shows, I will watch over and over again.

So what shows tend to make you stop and watch, even though you've seen it a thousand times?

Godfather was little too much for me when I tried to watch it but I was very young.  Might have to to try them again.
