Ex-dicator, Jean Claude Duvalier, has recently returned to Haiti. Is this the kind of help Colin Powell wants for Haiti?!

...that guy deserves prison.. sentenced to do hard labor helping rebuild.. sun up until sun down.. no entourage, no pay.. sleep on the ground..
