I just watched I AIN'T SCARED OF YOU: A Tribute to Bernie Mac and it was a great retrospective of the legend's life. It was nice to see the daughter he so often mentioned in interviews and skits and her documentary on her father was a job well done.
Watching the early comedy gigs in Chicago was great insight into how he evolved. You can see that he was always funny but he was in the zone when he arrived at Def Comedy Jam.
The death of Bernie Mac is still hard to believe but the laughs throught the film help to temper the tragedy surrounding his loss.
