Le't put it in perspective.. Wouldn't you still complaining if it had been Matt Damon favorably "influencing" Will? Then we would be talking about how the black character can only make it if whitey lends him a hand.
No, people help each other all the time, regardless of race, gender, etc. But young, vital Will, dressed up like the character from SONG OF THE SOUTH, helping this guy play golf is just absurd on many levels. I mean, who cares if his golf game gets better?
Conversely, I'd love to see Will and Matt in an action film together. Now THAT'S how you remake I SPY!
