Ooooooooh...good one!

I remember Vice for having an awesome soundtrack, but the New Undercover stories were more believable and gripping.
Gonna say New York Undercover.

New York Undercover because...

New York Undercover was probably the better show, but I enjoyed Miami Vice more.

NYU.. sure enough, NYU built on a certain prototype that Vice initiated, younger, urban hip cops in a major city.. and while my memories of a lot of Vice have faded, it occurred to me at the time that Johnson's character soon got the bulk of character development by the time the show was over..
NYU seemed to be more equitable with JC and Eddie's private lives..
Also of course there was the blatant embrace of hip-hop music and performance with NYU, though there were some occasional nods throughout Vice's run..
I'm still heated about how the show was handled by the end of the 3rd season and the shortened 4th season "reboot"..
..If Eddie hadn't been killed, I'd figure there'd be room for a reunion movie by now (though of course they could go the Dallas route, but...)

That's when the show sucked badly. Not only they killed eddie they killed moreno partner all in one season. It was a failed attempt to create a "recurring villian" it is a cop show not some dayum cartoon.

With these choices, I felt that the American black man only needed to choose which one to get eaten by; the liberal fox or the conservative wolf because both of them will eat him.

i beg to differ, the first show where they try to catch Eddie's killer was badass.

after that then what?

exactly not a dayum thing happened

The team chemistry was gone. Even though they come from different backgrounds but their friendship was the catalyst and strength of the series.

The forced romance between williams and moreno was the last straw

there was no force romance, there was just sexual tension.

then "forced" sexual tension

I can see  Moreno being  into jc because he didn't take no shorts from nobody, not from his baby mama, not from g, not from lt cooper, even the women in his life. women like men who take charge, Eddie was a  immature cry baby and quite frankly, i was surprises she married him.
