OK, you have Bobby, Jr., Tommy, El, James, Randy, Mark, Bunny and Chico.

Rank from top to bottom.

shoot. as far as singers?  I haven't paid attention to anybody except El, really.
   ???
Chico had a decent record circa '87 and some hits in the late 90s, I remember.

I'm surprised there hasn't been an attempt at a group tour reunion.  Might be cool.

El

Chico

Personally, I'd put Bobby Jr. over El, at least as far as singing talent. Hell, El would put Bobby, Jr. over him as far as singing talent.

Interesting...

What DeBarge song out there where Bobby Jr sang lead?

Y'know what?

Disregard my last question. :)

For those here who may have never heard Bobby Jr. sing before:

I know this song, "I Call Your Name".  I just assumed this was performed by DeBarge.

I'm confused.  Switch is DeBarge?!?   ???

Still... I thought all lead was sung by El.

Interesting...

Switch became DeBarge!
I never knew that.

Didn't know Bobby Jr. passed away, either.

Actually, Switch and DeBarge were two different groups. Bobby was just involved in both.

Oh...   O.K. :)

Then it's reasonable to assume that Bobby's influence is felt between both groups 'cause one can certainly hear it in the production.  :)
When I hear a DeBarge song, it's difficult to tell who is who because of all of those harmonizing falsettos.  :)
That's why I just say, "Oh, it's El!"  ;D
