I'll say this about Christopher Waltz is that he's like a chameleon whenever I see him in a picture. He looks like a totally different person in every movie I see him in... to the point where I barely recognize him. Waltz is really, really good at the element of surprise. Not knowing he was in 'The Green Hornet' I saw recently, and there's this scene where he's trying to convince these thugs in this club that he's about to take over and the big boss berates him by telling him he's too old, not scary enough and should be doing things an old person should be doing.  All Waltz  says in a low sheepishly voice,

"You don't find me scary?"

I just cracked up!  
It is as if that was his only concern in the exchange.

In one of the funnier scenes in the DJANGO trailer, a chopped scene where Waltz is operating a horse-driven stagecoach with this big molar tooth sculture mounted on top and is confronted by these  slavers on horseback. Waltz politely introduces himself with a tip of his hat,

"Whoa, gentlemen. I'm Doctor King Schultz"

"What kind of doctor?"

Waltz looks up at the tooth sculpture and looks back at the men.

"Uhh-h-hmm...    ...dentist?"
