For all of you who haven't actually read Avengers vs. X-Men issue 2. Here's the scene with Storm and BP.
The artist basically shows various fight scenes/confrontations. (Namor vs. The Thing, Quicksilver vs. Magneto, Emma vs. Iron Man, etc)
Narrator: Thunder rumbles without a cloud in the sky. Guts tighten in the belly of the King of Wakanda.
Storm approaches BP while he is fighting someone.
Storm: You should've told me this was happening.
BP looks over his shoulder at his wife.
BP: You should've told me you were harboring a 16 year old with the power to blow up the planet.
Storm: T'Challa, we have to end this.
BP: There's only one way to end this, my love.
Narrator: His wife is still worshipped as a God all along the Serengetti.
Storm: You stubborn, pigheaded man. This is exactly why we have a marriage counselor!
Narrator: Marital discord with hail and lightning and hurricane-force winds.
And that's it folks.
Based on how the marriage has been written--for a long while now--it really does make a lot of sense for the author to have mentioned them being in counseling. Marriage counseling is basically for couples who know they have problems, want to stay together but need help making it happen.
